An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Target Optical (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Target Optical Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. As an Associate of a Subleasing Doctor, practice benefits include professional autonomy to care for patients and full scope of practice predicated on your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor.

The terms of the agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor. In this role you will:

• Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients within the practice.
• Operate in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment (some offices may offer use of Revolution EHR software and pre-testing support).
• Possibly utilize an automated online appointment book and patient recall system.
• Collaborate with the Subleasing doctor to determine schedule flexibility, including part-time commitments and integration with an existing practice schedule.
