Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join an established pain management practice in Gainesville, Florida. The clinic is committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, collaborative environment, focusing on improving the quality of life for patients with chronic pain. Compensation

  • Base Salary: $110,000-$120,000 per year, with production-based income potential.

Schedule
  • Clinic

    Hours:

    Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • No call, nights, weekends, or holidays required, ensuring a balanced lifestyle.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a daily patient volume of approximately 30 patients, providing comprehensive pain management care.
  • Perform pain management procedures, including injections, under the supervision of attending physicians.
  • Oversee medication refills and coordinate scheduling for procedures to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Utilize excellent typing skills to ensure efficient and accurate record-keeping.
Qualifications
  • Valid Florida Physician Assistant license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply; training and mentorship are provided.
  • Exceptional typing skills for efficient EMR documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach to care.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining attention to detail.
