Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to medical offices using provided leads to offer products and services Demonstrate software via video conferencing and document call activities accurately Answer incoming calls and escalate complex issues to management as necessary
Required Qualifications At least 1 year of call center experience with automatic dialers A minimum of a high school diploma or GED; higher degrees are advantageous Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a 7-year background check Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Intermediate data-capture, typing, grammar, and spelling skills
