UF has an opportunity for people who enjoy building rapport and conducting engaging conversations. As a Part‑Time Bilingual English‑Spanish Telephone Interviewer in the UF Survey Research team, you will conduct surveys over the phone with diverse respondents, gathering valuable data for academic and business research.
Training sessions will begin in February 2026. Interviews will take place in a casual, temperature‑controlled call center environment located in downtown Gainesville’s Innovation Square. Shifts are available between 10 AM and 10 PM on weekdays, 12 PM to 6 PM on Saturdays, and 3 PM to 6 PM on Sundays. Participants are encouraged to create their own flexible part‑time schedule.
Responsibilities- Conduct telephone surveys using a provided script.
- Record responses accurately in the system.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain consistency and quality in data collection.
- Identify and report any compliance or procedural issues.
- Starting pay of $16.50 per hour plus productivity incentives.
- Opportunities for quick promotion and pay increases.

- Headset provided; no additional equipment needed.
- Access to UF online training and career development courses.
- Ability to read from a script exactly as written.
- Strong listening skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Customer service and telephone experience.
- Ability to work at least 3 weekday evenings (6 PM‑9 PM) per week.
- Availability for one 3‑hour weekend shift per week.
- Availability for 9 PM‑10 PM work on seasonal projects contacting the Central Time Zone.
