• Demonstrating a friendly, positive attitude and great customer service skills
• Taking orders over the phone and in person
• Dealing with customer concerns and providing accurate monetary change
• Cash handling and upselling to meet sales goals
• Making high‑quality Domino’s pizzas and preparing food with portion control
• Maintaining hygiene and food safety practices in the kitchen and front counter
• Operating all equipment and stocking ingredients in storage, work area and walk‑in cooler
• Cleaning equipment and facility daily and maintaining store cleanliness

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
• Push, pull, and lift trays placed on dollies; a stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24–30 and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push
• Occasional stairs or ladder navigation to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance
• Forward bending at the waist necessary at the pizza assembly station and front counter
• Periodical stooping, bending, and squatting to stock shelves, clean low areas, and reach containers
• Continuous hand tasks requiring use of one or both hands, forearms, and wrists, especially when shaping pizza dough
