Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at our Gainesville, FL location to oversee and optimize our customer service department. In this role, you'll ensure accurate and timely order processing, resolve customer concerns effectively, and align departmental performance with business objectives. Your expertise will help us maintain high standards of service while supporting operational demands and fostering a culture of excellence.
EssentialDuties And Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of customer service and coordinate all activities of Customer Service and Order Entry personnel.
- Provide and coordinate immediate solutions for customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Recommend effective resource utilization strategies.
- Define and implement productivity improvement measures for the department.
- Develop and standardize systematic approaches for process improvements.
- Communicate with internal suppliers and partners (Production, Supply Chain, Quality) regarding delivery times.
- Coach, evaluate, and motivate staff to achieve required competence levels.
- Develop personnel for career growth within the division.
- Collaborate with HR on recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
- 2-5 years of relevant business experience
- Strong Management and leadership skills
- Pneumatic & Automation technology knowledge a plus
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar. Combination of education and experience considered.
