Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Gainesville, FL, for a Guest Experience Manager. The Guest Experience Manager will focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and the overall guest experience through exceptional service. Responsibilities include managing guest interactions, improving customer service standards, training team members to ensure exceptional service, and addressing customer inquiries or complaints. The role also involves seeking innovative ways to elevate the overall experience for customers.
Qualifications- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to address guest needs effectively and ensure a positive experience.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Proven ability in Guest Experience management, demonstrating a focus on creating memorable moments for customers.
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to deliver outstanding service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving guest engagement and operational efficiency.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or related fields is beneficial.
- Pleasant and approachable demeanor with a commitment to fostering a guest-focused culture.
