• Demonstrate friendly, positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Take orders over the phone and in person
• Deal with customer concerns and process orders with accuracy
• Handle cash and make correct monetary change
• Upsell and drive sales opportunities
• Prepare Domino’s high‑quality pizzas and control portions
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
• Prepare food and perform general cleaning duties

• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
• Prepare product and receive telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person

• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used)
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
• Move trays on dollies (approximately 24–30 trays, up to 7.5 pounds to push)
• Pull trays as needed
