As the Mechanical Project Foreman
, you'll be the driving force behind our field operations, working directly with our Fabrication Shop, project managers, subcontractors, and technicians to ensure our projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and exceed quality and safety expectations.

• Lead and Supervise Teams:
  Manage pipe fitters, pipe welders, and helpers on-site, assign tasks, and ensure top‑note execution while promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Plan and Execute Projects:
  Interpret blueprints and create detailed work plans, and ensure all permits, safety notices, and job office setups are in place and compliant.
• Maintain Safety & Quality:
  Conduct regular inspections, monitor safety practices, and make real‑time decisions to uphold the highest standards.
• Track Progress & Costs:
  Keep detailed daily logs, manage change orders, and monitor labor, material usage, and expenses to maintain budget compliance.
• Solve Problems On the Fly:
  Tackle design conflicts, equipment issues, or scheduling delays with smart, effective solutions to keep the project moving.
• Push for Better:
  Identify ways to improve workflows and increase operational efficiency on every project.

• Minimum 5 years of pipe fitting experience.
• Proven leadership as a Mechanical Project Foreman (or similar role) in the construction industry.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping systems, and equipment installation.
• Excellent blueprint reading and technical interpretation skills.
• Experience with construction codes (IMC), OSHA regulations, and safety compliance.
• Proficiency with iPads, computers, and project management tools.
• Outstanding communication, organization, and decision‑making skills.
• A strong sense of urgency and dedication to delivering high‑quality work — safely and on time.
