Required qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and five years of appropriate experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities

Manages day-to-day operations of the Primary Source/CCE grant, including timelines, milestones, partner engagement, documentation, reporting coordination, and compliance support. Assists with implementation strategies, program development, and evaluation.

Strategic & Executive Support:
Supports the Director in planning and executing strategic initiatives, prepares briefing materials, conducts background coordination, represents the Director when requested, manages calendar priorities, travel support, scheduling of key engagements, and ensures follow-through on initiatives.

Serves as a professional representative of the Hamilton School in meetings, events, conferences, and partnership activities. Assists with outreach communications, relationship building, and coordination with schools, faculty, community stakeholders, state partners, and national collaborators.

Administrative & Operational Support:
Coordinates meetings, documentation, logistics, procurement assistance, event support, and process organization. Maintains records and supports efficiency and continuity of operations.
