Millwork Purchasing Manager

Overview

Thank you for considering this position. We are a millwork supplier to single family home builders in DFW. Our growth has been strong and we are up 200% over last year at this time. We are seeking a Purchasing Manager with experience in supplier relationships and procurement to join our team.

• Manage relationships with suppliers and peers
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers
• Coordinate vendor applications and onboarding of new suppliers
• Monitor inventory and support warehousing and logistics planning
• Source specialized millwork products (hardware, veneer, unique crown profiles, etc.) for custom home builders
• Focus on cost optimization and efficient procurement processes

• Experience as a purchasing manager or in a procurement leadership role
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Experience in contract negotiations and supplier onboarding
• Understanding of inventory management and logistics considerations
