Job Title: Lube Technician

Subaru of Gainesville is seeking a skilled and dependable Lube Technician to become part of our high‑performing service team. We’re passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience — it’s what sets us apart!

• Perform minor maintenance, change oil, fluids and filters.
• Assist with general maintenance work.
• Learn and develop your skills by working with senior technicians.
• Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor.

• Automotive Technical School Students/Graduates and experienced Lube Techs.
• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• Experience as an express/quick lube technician is preferred.
• Ability to operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks and vans, both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving .
