We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support data management, reporting, and administrative operations. This role requires strong Excel skills, accuracy in handling data, and the ability to generate clear, organized reports to support business decision-making.
Requirements
+ Maintain and update databases with a high level of accuracy
+ Build and maintain Excel reports, spreadsheets, and tracking tools
+ Analyze data and generate recurring and ad hoc reports
+ Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems
+ Assist with data entry, audits, and quality checks
+ Support leadership with reporting dashboards and summaries
+ Organize and maintain digital files and documentation
+ Provide general administrative support as needed
