Preferred Qualifications:
• A working knowledge of NIH and UF policies and procedures for grant accounts.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and expertise using the Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of website development and upkeep using Word Press.
• Ability to collect, collate, analyze, evaluate, and report data from clinical research studies.
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate projects.
• Ability to work effectively and independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Responsibilities:
- Pre‑ and 방Award Management: develop annual RFAs, manage application instructions, coordinate feasibility and scientific reviews, oversee award and non‑award notices, collect and triage applications, gather quarterly and final progress reports, monitor expenditures, ensure compliance with institutional and federal guidelines, generate monthly reports to PIs, and update IRB/IACUC approvals annually.
- Program Administration: serve as program point of contact, participate as a non‑voting member on TWD advisory committees, coordinate Translational Science Academy seminar series (announcements, calendar, attendance tracking, facilitation, and reportingבלה), manage meeting agendas, reminders, minutes, and membership, maintain the K Library and K‑Program Mock Study Section, manage the CTSI public webpage, assist with annual CTSI course management and research performance reports.
- CTSI Pilot Administration: develop annual RFA and timeline, manage the application process, coordinate feasibility and scientific reviews and in‑person presentations, generate monthly reports to PIs, assist with a Pilot Program workshop, guide applicants through the R‑ательных process to connect researchers to resources, collaborate with the CTSI Data Analyst on metrics and ROI, maintain the pilot webpage, and support annual CTSI research performance reports.
- Administrative Support: assist with data entry, document preparation, grant submission, award management, and compliance processes as needed.
