FWS Student Assistant - Clerical & Admin
This position is open to all students who are eligible to work on campus and will be employed through Federal Work-Study.
Minimum Requirements- Must maintain a 2.0-grade point average.
- Able to work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
- Application must be submitted by 11:55 p.m. (ET) of the posting end date.
- Filing, organizing, and general office tasks
- Running errands and assisting with photocopying and scanning
- Supporting department social media and communications
- Providing office coverage and greeting visitors
- Other duties as assigned
Work hours are flexible between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Pay: $14.00/hour
Preferred Qualifications- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail and follow through on tasks
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- Dependability and reliability
