Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and dependable Warehouse Supervisor to help launch and grow our new Houston, TX division. This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in establishing warehouse operations and supporting delivery logistics. Initially, this role will be hands‑on, responsible for both warehouse duties and local deliveries. As the business scales, the role will evolve into a leadership position overseeing warehouse staff and logistics operations.

• Set up and organize the new warehouse space to support efficient operations.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Perform local deliveries to customers using company vehicles.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Communicate with internal teams to coordinate order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
• Provide feedback on operational needs and help implement process improvements.
• Assist in hiring and training new warehouse staff as the division grows.
• Serve as the point of contact for day‑to‑day warehouse and delivery operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience, including shipping/receiving and inventory control.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; DOT certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Warehouse and delivery environments, including driving in various weather conditions. May require occasional overtime or weekend work during peak periods.
