• Perform physically demanding hardscape and construction work on outdoor job sites
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscape equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist foremen and skilled craft workers with project completion
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe worksites
• Participate in seasonal snow operations as needed
• Schedule M-F 6:30am/7 - 5pm

• Perform landscape, maintenance, and construction tasks as assigned
• Prepare and clean job sites, including digging trenches and debris removal
• Load trucks, haul materials, and assist with equipment operation
• Follow all safety, incident reporting, and job site procedures
• Participate in snow operations, including off-hour and weekend work when required

• Previous experience in landscaping, construction, hardscape, or outdoor labor preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous physical labor outdoors
• Strong understanding of tool and equipment safety
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
