Home Health Nurse - RN​/LPN

Position: RN - LPN Visits

• Flexible Schedules (Create your Own).
• Traveling to a patient’s home to administer services.
• Helping patients maintain their independence.
• Pediatric, trach, vent, labs training offered.
• Administering at-home IVs
• Changing dressings and cleaning wounds.
• Updating doctors about patient’s health.
• Providing medical care to patients with chronic illnesses, disabilities, and injuries.
• Performing wound care, medication management, and disease management.
• Writing reports and communicating with the doctor after each visit.
• Full time, part time and PRN schedules available.
• Work in Close Proximity to your home.
• Patients range from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Competitive Pay.

• Clinical and Operational on-call to support in home field nurses.

• Current Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Nurse (RN) experience preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $33.00 - $37.00 per hour (RN)

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour (LPN)

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
