• Collaborate with supervising physicians and mid-level providers
• Follow standing orders, protocols, and clinic policies
• Perform venipuncture and phlebotomy
• Administer IM injections
• Obtain vitals and perform related supervised clinical tasks
• Assist with EKGs
• Maintain laboratory equipment, documentation, and quality control
• Manage weekly inventory and supply ordering
• Assist laboratory directors in a moderately complex medical laboratory

• Active, unencumbered LPN license (Ohio or multistate)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (rotating Saturdays)
