We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage biweekly, multi‑state payroll for under 100 employees. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, dependable, and confident handling payroll accuracy, commission calculations, and payroll compliance. As our Payroll Specialist, you will:

• Process biweekly payroll for employees across multiple states
• Calculate commissions, bonuses, and supplemental pay
• Maintain accurate and organized payroll files by scanning and uploading documents
• Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies or employee questions
• Work closely with HR and leadership to verify payroll data each cycle

To be considered for the Payroll Specialist role, you must have:

• Previous experience as a Payroll Specialist handling multi‑state payroll
• Paycor payroll software experience (required)
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in all work
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow strict payroll processes
