Join our client in Gahanna, OH for a contract-to-hire Accounts Payable Specialist. We're looking for a meticulous and experienced professional to take charge of the accounts payable process. This role is perfect for someone who excels in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling invoices, payments, and vendor relationships.

• Review, match and process invoices for payment
• Review and verify invoices for proper documentation and approval before payment.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
• Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Generate reports and analyze accounts payable activities.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
