General Warehouse Laborer

Vacation Pay (based on eligibility guidelines)

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Warehouse Laborer to join our team. In this entry-level, hands-on role, you will support daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This physically active position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety in a fast-paced environment.

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks/trailers using manual methods, pallet jacks, and (when certified) forklifts
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists/purchase orders for accuracy and damage
• Sort, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations following proper procedures
• Pack, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment (including building stable pallets when required)
• Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and assist with maintaining accurate stock records
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, shrink wrap machines, etc.) safely
• Report any damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately
• Assist with other general labor tasks as needed to support team goals and production targets

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED preferred (not always required)
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods (8–10+ hour shifts)

• Basic computer skills for data entry and order processing
• Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems, or inventory software
