• Assist the Store Team Leader with payroll, budgeting, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reporting.
• Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors and ensure high Associate‑ and Customer‑service standards.
• Maintain store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs.
• Develop and execute talent plans for associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs.
• Perform opening/closing duties and any additional assigned responsibilities.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years retail management experience with a mid‑to‑large retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal shifts.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods and maintain a safe working environment.
