Recruiting Solutions is seeking Night Shift Heavy Equipment Laborer for a Tier 1 BMW supplier in Gaffney, SC! This position offers advancement, temp to hire opportunity, and starting pay of $19.50 per hour

The ideal candidate is comfortable lifting up to 50+ lbs. and consistently lifting throughout a 10 hour shift.
Laborer Benefits:- $250 sign on bonus!
- 6:00PM-5:30AM (Bshift)
- Temp to hire
- 10 to 12 hour shifts
- 100% paid employee benefits, 401k matching, and PTO once hired on!
- Advancement opportunities
- Lift automotive parts and exhaust systems
- Organize exhaust systems in a proper manner for shipment and in preparation for arrival on BMW line
- Place fully assembled systems on racks
Follow proper sequencing steps - Inspect automotive parts for visual defects
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable consistently lifting and walking through the shift
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Work well with a team
