We are seeking an experienced PLM Teamcenter Trainer with a strong background in the automotive industry to design, deliver, and manage training programs for end-users, engineers, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter and its application within automotive product development and manufacturing environments.
Base pay range$50.00/hr - $70.00/hr
Rate Range: $50/hour to $70/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on Siemens Teamcenter PLM tailored to automotive workflows.
- Conduct hands-on workshops, virtual sessions, and one-on-one coaching for engineering and product teams.
- Customize training content to align with organizational processes, including BOM management, CAD integration, change management, and workflow automation.
- Collaborate with PLM administrators and business analysts to identify training needs and gaps.
- Create user guides, quick reference materials, and e-learning content for continuous learning.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Stay updated on Teamcenter upgrades and automotive PLM trends to ensure training relevance.
Qualifications- Experience as a PLM Teamcenter trainer, with strong knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter and automotive product development and manufacturing.
- Ability to design, develop, and deliver training for end-users, engineers, and technical teams.
- Familiarity with BOM management, CAD integration, change management, and workflow automation processes.
