The Entry-Level Administrative Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient operations at Hamrick’s Corporate Headquarters. This role is well-suited for an organized and detail-oriented individual seeking to build a career in corporate administration within a retail environment. The position supports multiple departments and helps maintain smooth office operations through coordination, communication, and clerical assistance.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support daily administrative activities across departments
Assist with preparing, organizing, and distributing documents and reports
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files
Answer phones, greet visitors, and route inquiries appropriately
Support scheduling of meetings, calendars, and conference rooms
Assist with internal communications and correspondence
Maintain office filing systems (electronic and paper)
Order office supplies and assist with inventory tracking as needed
Support special projects and administrative initiatives
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
QualificationsBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Willingness to learn and take direction

Required ExperiencePrevious office, clerical, internship, or customer service experience

Required EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent
Associate’s degree or coursework in business administration or related field preferred
