Hourly rate ranges from $18.98 – $19.23 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources management, merchandising and inventory control, all in adherence with Company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age requirement: 21 years
• Prior retail management experience required
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours per day
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
