As a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner at our Gadsden location, you’ll have the chance to practice broad-spectrum urgent care while working within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

This role is ideal for Providers who want hands-on clinical variety, autonomy in practice, and the stability of joining the nation’s largest urgent care network.

• Outpatient only – no nights, no call

• Provide comprehensive evaluation and management of patients across all ages
• Diagnose and treat urgent care presentations including injuries and infections
• Perform minor procedures: wound care, laceration repair, orthopedic splinting, incision & drainage
• Complete physical exams including DOT and occupational medicine services
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as labs, X-rays, and EKGs
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans according to best practices
• Deliver patient education with clarity and compassion
• Partner with supervising physicians and colleagues to ensure continuity of care

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP) with an active state license or Certified Physician Assistant (NCCPA) with an active state license
• 2+ years of urgent care, emergency medicine, or family practice experience
• Procedurally confident and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative setting
