💉 About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Travel Emergency Room RN to join our team in Gadsden, AL! If you thrive in fast-paced environments, think quickly under pressure, and love being on the front lines of patient care, this role is for you.

As an ER RN, you’ll provide direct patient care, respond rapidly to emergencies, and work closely with a collaborative team to ensure high-quality treatment and support for patients of all ages and conditions.

• Deliver safe, efficient, and effective care to emergency department patients using the nursing process
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
• Demonstrate critical thinking, sound judgment, and leadership in urgent and high-pressure situations
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care and ensure optimal outcomes
• Supervise and delegate tasks appropriately to support staff

• Active Alabama RN License (in good standing)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certifications – Required
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent ER experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
