Environmental Services Lead

Community Health Systems -  - Responsibilities:
Leads a team of environmental services workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standards;
Delegates daily cleaning assignments to team members and ensure that all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained;
Ensures that all areas of the facility, including patient rooms, bathrooms, common areas, offices, and hallways, are cleaned and sanitized according to established guidelines and infection control standards;
Performs advanced deep cleaning tasks, such as floor care (stripping, waxing, buffing), carpet cleaning, and high-touch surface sanitation as needed;
Maintains knowledge of and adheres to hospital infection control policies, ensuring that cleaning processes minimize the spread of infections
