Performs advanced floor care, including stripping, waxing, buffing, deep-cleaning carpets, and operating floor maintenance equipment.;
Handles removal, segregation, and proper disposal of hazardous, infectious, and noninfectious waste, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and hospital policies.;
Executes terminal cleaning and disinfection procedures in high-risk areas such as operating rooms, isolation units, and intensive care areas.;
Trains and mentors new Environmental Services team members, ensuring adherence to proper cleaning techniques, infection control protocols, and safety procedures.;
Assists with special projects, such as construction cleanup, deep cleaning initiatives, and emergency response cleaning efforts.
