Travel LPN:
Med Surg in Gadson, AL. Night shift: 6:45 pm – 7:15 am, every other weekend required. Auto-Offer contingent upon start date/scheduling requests.

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses during night shifts.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assist in patient assessments and report changes to the medical team.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Identify and report potential safety hazards in the work environment.
• Adapt to changing patient needs and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.

• Monitor and maintain medical equipment and supplies.

• COMPACT OR AL LPN LICENSE
• BLS
• CERNER EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
• 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
