Required:
Active AL state or multistate license (no prior hits), ACLS, BLS, 1+yrs recent Stepdown or ICU exp. Cerner exp preferred
Patient Ratio: 4 to 1
TRAVELERS SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE NECESSARY INFO OR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED
MUST INCLUDE THE HOME ADDRESS & SSN ON THE SUBMISSIONS
TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY
