Job description We are looking for a Strategic Expert who can take full responsibility for our digital growth engine. Whether you have 1 year of solid experience or 9 years of mastery, we value capability over tenure. You will be the architect of our marketing processes, tasked with setting up efficient workflows from scratch and continuously optimizing them. You will deep-dive into user behavior using Microsoft Clarity, build authoritative backlink networks, and drive traffic for high-growth sectors like Fintech, Healthtech, and AI. You will have the freedom to innovate, but you must own your results. What Kind of Expert Are We Looking For? We are looking for a rare mix of intellect and grit. You are the right fit if: Capable of Continuous Research & Optimization: You don't just "set it and forget it." You are capable of constant research into new strategies and obsessively optimizing campaigns until they deliver maximum results. You Have Strong Academics: You have a solid educational foundation that proves you are disciplined, logical, and can handle complex concepts in Fintech and AI. You Are a Quick Learner: The digital world changes daily. You don't wait for training; you proactively learn new AI tools, algorithm updates, and industry trends immediately. You Are Dedicated & Responsible: You treat the company’s growth as your own. You don't need micromanagement because your internal standard of quality is already high. You Are Patient & Persistent: SEO and community building take time. You understand that real results come from consistent, high-quality effort, not shortcuts. Your Core Mission: 1. Content Optimization (Data-Led): Analyze: Use Microsoft Clarity (Heatmaps & Recordings) to understand exactly why users leave and fix it. Optimize: Continuously update content based on data, not guesses. Innovate: Use AI tools to speed up research and drafting while maintaining high quality. 2. Backlink & Community Engine: Process Setup: Build a repeatable process (SOP) for acquiring high-quality backlinks—don't just rely on luck. Community: Systematically engage with niche communities to build genuine authority. Strategy: Use competitor data (Ahrefs/SEMrush) to identify and capture the best link opportunities. 3. Process Innovation: Systematize: Create clear workflows for every repeated task. Automate: Find ways to use technology to do more with less. Required Toolkit: Must Know: Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics 4, Search Console. SEO Tools: Ahrefs or SEMrush. AI Tools: ChatGPT / Claude (for efficiency).
