Warehouse Shipping and Logistics Coordinator

The facility in Fuquay Varina, NC operates as a medium‑scale manufacturing site, and this role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely shipping processes that keep operations running smoothly.

• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including packing slips, labels, and bills of lading
• Ensure accuracy of order details and generate shipping labels using warehouse systems
• Pack and label items according to company and carrier requirements
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with freight carriers and maintain communication to resolve issues
• Update inventory systems, track stock levels, and assist with cycle counts and audits

• 2+ years warehouse logistics background
• Must be able to receive materials in an MRP system, create bills of lading, and schedule pick ups
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail with excellent recordkeeping and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to operate a forklift and work on your feet for extended periods
