• Provide customers access to high-quality goods and deliver meaningful service that enhances customers' lives.
• Customer Service: deliver friendly, top-notch experiences through "white glove" service in stores and in customers' homes, obtaining new rental orders when needed on the sales floor and over the phone.
• Deliveries & Pickups: assist with loading/unloading, installation of products, following all handling and transportation procedures, and keeping vehicles clean and maintained.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting, organized showroom; refurbish merchandise to like-new condition and keep the showroom dusted and tidy.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record — will drive company vehicles
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Great communication and customer service skills

• Career-focused with a desire to improve customers’ lives
• Willingness to learn the business
• Grit and determination

The role requires regular talking and hearing, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. You may frequently lift and/or move heavy items. All coworkers must adhere to company safety guidelines.

This is a full-time position, with hours Monday through Saturday, store open to close. Sundays off, plus one other weekday off. Schedules may change based on business needs.
