Verizon Retail Sales Associate role in a worksite-based environment. You will be part of a team focused on sales success in one of our retail stores, with opportunities for growth and community engagement.

• Generate retail sales by using passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using strong communication to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
• Grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending texts to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services.
• Engage with the community outside the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at Verizon-sponsored events.

We’re hiring immediately! Compensation includes base pay of $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus potential commissions up to $16,000 per year based on sales goals. Top performers may earn additional commissions, with total annual earnings potentially ranging from $65,000 to $73,500+. Compensation varies by geography, hours worked, and performance.

You’ll need to have:

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided four weeks in advance)
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak periods

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Experience in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Customer service experience
