This is a full-time, on-site role for a Heilberger Press Operator based in Fuquay-Varina, NC. The Heilberger Press Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing presses, ensuring the quality of printed materials, and following all safety and operational guidelines. Daily tasks include monitoring press performance, troubleshooting equipment issues, performing pre-press setup, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment to meet production schedules and client requirements.

• Experience with Machine Operation and knowledge of press equipment
• Strong skills in Quality Control to ensure accuracy and consistency of printed products
• Prior experience in Printing processes, including color matching and meeting quality standards
• Ability to perform Troubleshooting and resolve technical issues with presses promptly
• Familiarity with Pre-press techniques and processes
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment
• Previous experience in a cGMP environment is a plus
