Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Folder Technician, located in Fuquay-Varina, NC. The Folder Technician will be responsible for operating folding equipment, ensuring the quality of folded products, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining production efficiency. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and collaboration with team members to meet production goals.

• Experience with operating and maintaining folding machines or similar equipment
• Attention to detail, experience with quality control, and the ability to identify and resolve issues during production
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform minor machine adjustments and repairs
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and the ability to work efficiently in an on-site manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant technical certifications or experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift materials, and work with machinery
