Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Overview

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be a team player, and have experience in electro-mechanical assembly.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Lake Forest, CA

Pay Range: $20/hr

• Perform Level I basic and Level II intermediate assembly tasks, working from detailed engineering drawings, manufacturing documentation, and written instructions under limited supervision.
• Assemble/disassemble mechanical and electrical assemblies with a variety of hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque wrenches, standard wrenches, hammers, crimpers, and solder guns under limited supervision.
• Check product for quality by self-inspection.
• Interpret change orders to perform supervised rework/modification operations.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Minimum of two years of assembly experience.
• Experience with small hand tools a must.
• Ability to perform in a team environment with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a changing fast-paced environment.

• Potential for upward mobility.
• Regular 8-hour workday with the potential for overtime.
• Ability to learn new skills and gain experience in electro-mechanical assembly.
