You’ll oversee all day-of event operations
, manage Front-of-House facilities, execute BEOs, develop and lead exceptional staff, and ensure every detail—from timelines to linens to liquor—is exactly where it needs to be. Weddings and large-scale events can be fast-paced and high-energy, so staying calm, confident, and solution-oriented is essential.

Key Responsibilities- Event Execution & Operations
:
Serve as Day-of Event Manager for all events, overseeing timelines and details while Bridal and Culinary Directors manage pre-event planning. - Lead and manage the execution of site-wide company events from preparation and set-up through teardown and clean-up.
- Execute all Banquet Event Orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all day-of items are in place and accounted for, including:
- Liquor, beer, and wine
- Linens and décor
- Rentals and equipment
- FOH spaces and facilities
- Monitor events in real time to ensure adherence to plans, compliance with standards, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Gracefully handle event-day curveballs with professionalism, creativity, and a calm presence (especially during weddings).
- Walking, standing for extended periods, stooping, bending.
- Moving equipment, pushing/pulling carts, carrying heavy items.
- Walking up and down stairs carrying items
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
- Conditions sometimes involve low light, flashing lights, and loud noises.
- Thursday - Sunday and weekly staff meetings. Weekends are required.
- Occasional hot and cold environments
- Build, lead, and inspire a team of excellent hospitality professionals, training, and scheduling, as well as developing staff performance.
- Create an engaging, people-focused work environment grounded in accountability, growth, and collaboration.
- Teach, train, and equip staff to succeed in their roles while helping them grow personally and professionally.
- Lead by example with a hands-on, supportive leadership style.
- Hold yourself and your team to high standards while fostering trust and teamwork.
- Communicate clearly and consistently—both verbally and in writing—to ensure all parties have relevant, up-to-date information.
- Collaborate extensively across departments, including internal communications and facility oversight.
- Meet with leadership to review event specifications such as scope, format, budget, logistics, and special requirements.
- Pivot smoothly to accommodate client needs while protecting the integrity of the event plan.
- Implement existing processes and procedures while continuously improving them through streamlining and clarification.
- Perform post-event tasks promptly, including:
- Evaluating events with team
- Reviewing bar invoices and approve payments
- Documenting issues and resolutions
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of operations and events.
- Proven experience leading and managing teams with exceptional results.
