• Engage with residents/patients to provide education about their medications and address any questions or concerns.
• Perform basic health assessments, including monitoring vital signs as required.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in medication administration.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medication Technician or similar preferred.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in medication administration, is desirable.
• Knowledge of medications, their effects, and proper administration techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents/patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Background check and drug screening required.
