We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and supporting each client’s unique goals. • Provide ABA therapy in various settings, including the client’s home, school, or community, as directed by the BCBA and in accordance with RBT guidelines.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in regular supervision meetings and training sessions.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and fostering a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Current RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Availability between the hours of 1:00–7:00 pm, Monday–Friday
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus)
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and their families
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans accurately, and collect data as directed
• Physical ability to work with young children, including sitting, standing, lifting, and movement during therapy sessions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required

• Prior experience working with children, especially in ABA therapy or special education
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in data collection
• Interest in a long-term career in behavioral health, with aspirations to pursue further ABA certifications
