Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T2355) role  position is described as On-Demand TM with a flexible schedule. Starting hourly rate: $15.00 USD per hour. This role focuses on guest advocacy, cashier duties, and store-wide support across multiple departments.

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand Team Member (TM) and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

• As an On-Demand TM, you will not be included on the posted weekly schedule, but you may create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members via the myTime mobile scheduling app.
• Reliability and prompt attendance are required when you pick up shifts.
• You may be required to attend a Target Welcome orientation and commit to a short-term structured training schedule.

Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction, loyalty enrollment, and store cleanliness. Knowledgeable about in-store and digital services and solutions to drive adoption and loyalty. Able to facilitate quick and easy shopping at check lanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up and drive-up while maintaining quality.

• Become familiar with Target Loyalty programs and fulfill related enrollment duties.
• Understand and demonstrate use of Wallet and Target App features.
• Handle returns in accordance with Target policies and escalate with leadership as needed.
• Deliver easy and accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Demonstrate a service culture and greet guests as you perform daily tasks.
• Assist guests by understanding their needs and solving issues.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve guest concerns.
• Stock supplies during store hours and assist with safety and compliance.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up operations, and returns, maintaining compliance with policies and laws.
• Assist with cash handling and cash office processes as needed.
