The Operations Associate
's role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. The position is an early morning role, working with a team to prepare the store prior to opening.

• Customer Service – Providing assistance to customers throughout the store.
• Execute pricing and signage – Updating tickets and signage quickly and accurately.
• Replenish and restock – Pulling and preparing merchandise for the sales floor to meet customer demand.
• Receive and unload merchandise – Working with co‑workers to unload trucks and prepare stock in the backroom.
• Backroom standards – Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized stockroom.
• Omnichannel – Contributing to buy‑online‑pickup, ship‑from‑store, order delivery, returns, and online orders.
• Merchandise strategy – Executing leadership plans for merchandise placement and maintaining standards for customer experience.
• Learn – Absorbing new information from peers or training materials on merchandising, shrink, safety, productivity, and other processes.

• Results – Solve problems and make smart decisions that drive sales, profit, or customer service; execute work efficiently and inspire strong performance.
• Ownership – Provide great customer service; cooperate and build positive, inclusive relationships; take accountability for actions and outcomes.
• Intensity – Proactively improve the customer experience; show confidence and courage to do what’s right; act with energy and urgency.
• Work experience – 1‑2 years retail experience.
