JOB TITLE: Clubhouse Attendant

DEPARTMENT: Parks & Recreation – Tanglewood Golf Course

IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Golf Operations Manager/Clubhouse Supervisor

Position assists with daily clubhouse operations at Tanglewood Golf Course. Responsible for checking in golfers, processing sales transactions, supporting food and beverage service, maintaining clubhouse cleanliness, and providing quality customer service. Flexible morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts available. This is a part-time, temporary position. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

• Greets customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Checks in golfers and processes tee time payments accurately.
• Provides general information regarding course rules, policies, and daily play.
• Assists customers with merchandise selection and sales.
• Communicates effectively with golf course staff and supervisors.
• Responds to customer and supervisor requests in an accurate, complete, and timely manner.

• Processes daily golf, merchandise, and food & beverage sales using the point-of-sale system.
• Assists with basic food preparation and service as directed.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of food and beverage areas.
• Restocks merchandise, snacks, and beverages as needed.
• Follows all applicable health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

• Maintains the cleanliness of the clubhouse, including counters, floors, and common areas.
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms regularly.
• Mops floors and performs light custodial duties as assigned.
• Empties trash receptacles and ensures facility presentation standards are maintained.
• Assists with securing the clubhouse at closing as instructed by the supervisor.
