We are actively growing and seeking a 0–2 Year Apprentice Industrial Electrician to join our highly skilled team. As an apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience under the guidance of seasoned professionals, contributing to the safe and successful completion of electrical installations across a variety of sites.

• Assist the Foreman or Supervisor in daily job tasks
• Install a variety of raceways (EMT, Rigid, PVC, etc.), ranging from ½  to 4
• Perform conduit bending using hand, electric, hydraulic benders, and hot boxes
• Install and connect feeders, branch circuits, and control wiring
• Work with a range of electrical systems, including:
  • MDP, MCC, HV/LV Panel boards
  • Starters, VFDs, Soft Starts, PLCs
• Follow NEC and site-specific safety regulations and electrical codes
• Collaborate with the team to complete tasks on schedule and safely
• Maintain a clean and organized job site

• Up to 2 years of electrical work experience (industrial or commercial preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Completion of a post-high school electrical, maintenance technician, or automation and controls program may be considered in lieu of experience
• Basic understanding of VFDs, PLCs, controls, and soft starts
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
• Proficient with power tools (drills, saws, wrenches, sockets, etc.)
• Physically capable of standing, kneeling, climbing, and lifting throughout the day
• Comfortable working at heights and wearing PPE (gloves, safety glasses, harnesses, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Basic computer literacy (email, reporting, online training)
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (with per diem provided)
• Must be able to commute or relocate to mid-Missouri prior to start

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Occasional overtime or weekend work as needed

• Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before start date
