Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution location, including warehouse areas, dock doors, truck yards, and perimeter fencing;
Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, drivers, and contractors; manage visitor and/or vehicle logs;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disturbances, medical events, and/or property damage;
Complete routine security-related checks and documentation such as trailer and seal observations, gate status checks, and camera monitoring
