Cashier​/Concession Worker

Position Overview

The cashier is responsible for financial management, assisting with facility supervision, and personal employee duties. They are responsible for product stocking, product inventory, product preparation, etc.

Experience, Education, and Training

• Previous experience with handling food and money is preferred, but we will train.

• Must pass pre-employment drug testing and submit to periodic drug testing as applicable laws require.
• Must be at least 15 years of age, preferably 16 years of age, and be willing and able to attend any training sessions.
• Must pass CPR Course and Food Handlers Course.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours during the afternoon and evenings, Monday through Sunday, starting May 24th and ending August 10th.
• Must be available to attend pre-season training.
• Must have no felony convictions.

• Able to make accurate change.

• Count starting cash before opening.
• Prevent unauthorized entry to the facility of underage children, non-paying patrons, etc.
• Greet Public.
• Handle food appropriately.

• Above-average accessibility of all work sites required for the position.
• Above average exposure to weather and temperature extremes.
• Above-average exposure to dust and loud noises.

• Prolonged periods working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Employment is seasonal and requires irregular hours and some holidays.
