This isn't a desk job—you'll be out in the field (literally), visiting farms, learning about operations, and helping producers access the financing and tools they need to grow. • Build and manage a diverse portfolio of agricultural and rural loans
• Develop new business through relationship‑building, farm visits, and community involvement
• Analyze credit risk, cash flow, and collateral to structure sound loan packages
• Ensure portfolio profitability, credit quality, and compliance with policy standards
• Collaborate with credit analysts, loan assistants, and supportive senior leadership

• 1+ years of experience in community banking, agricultural finance, or lending
• Strong personal or professional background in agriculture (farm/ranch experience preferred)
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and customer service skills
• Sound judgment, analytical ability, and problem‑solving mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, ag economics, or equivalent experience
